  • Description

Tasting Notes: Fresh lavender, strawberries, orange peel and cedar elements emerge on the nose. Fine tannins and a creamy mouthfeel frame the ripe, red fruit and mineral finish.

Romance Copy: Our Pas de Deux is a fusion of wines made with fruit from vines tended by two families of farmers each committed to minimal input viticulture practices in two of Oregon’s distinct growing regions.

This wine is comprised of 50% Dijon 777, 667 828, Wadenswil 2A, Pommard and Dijon 115 grown at DANCIN Vineyards in the forested west hills above Jacksonville near the site where pioneer Peter Britt planted his first vineyard nearly 150 years ago in the south along with 50% Pommard and Dijon 113 grown at Adelsheim Vineyard in the north.

The wines were crafted using low input artisan winemaking techniques to compliment the practices in the vineyards, and were carefully blended together to create this limited production Pinot noir through which you will experience the multifaceted flavors of Oregon. It’s a Pas de Deux…a dance for two. Enjoy!
